Step 2: Mark the Spot
Use a pencil or pen to mark where the end of the strip overlaps.

Step 3: Measure the Length
Unwrap the paper and use a ruler to measure the distance in mm or inches.

Step 4: Find Your Ring Size
Use the chart below to match your measurement with the correct ring size.
If you measured in inches, convert to mm first (mm = inches × 25.4)
Example:
If your measured length is 2.3 inches (58.4 mm), that’s approximately a US size 8,5.
