What materials do you use in your jewelry?

Each piece is handcrafted using a custom sculpting process and a sculpting mass that I’ve adapted to suit my own creative method. I also occasionally incorporate glass, metal, leather, gemstones and wood to complement the designs.

Is the jewelry lightweight?

All pieces are lightweight and comfortable to wear daily, despite their bold or artistic appearance.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

All items are sealed and water-resistant, but they are still wearable art. Please avoid submerging them in water (e.g. showers, pools, etc.) to preserve their finish and longevity.

How durable is the jewelry?

Each piece is surprisingly durable given its weight and artistic finish. That said, it should still be treated with care—just like any work of art. Avoid dropping or applying excessive pressure.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes, most pieces are designed to be worn comfortably throughout the day. Just remember to store them safely, keep away from harsh chemicals or prolonged sunlight, and handle gently.

Can I wear your jewelry with sensitive skin?

All materials are non-toxic and skin-safe. If metal findings are used, I try to use nickel-free or hypoallergenic options whenever possible.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or box.

Avoid scratching or exposing to rough surfaces.

Don’t wear while swimming, showering, or sleeping.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth—no water or cleaning solutions needed.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Final sale and custom pieces are not eligible for return. To request a return, please email nina@gallery-n.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
